SPORTS PERFORMANCE (Strength & Conditioning)
Our Sports Performance trainers are required to hold at least Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science and a current C.S.C.S certification. At cor24 we train our athletes using proper periodization methods that allow for constant progression in performance. We calculate our volume of training around the individual needs of our athletes and allow for proper rest periods especially during times when peak performance is needed. Our top two goals are INCREASED PERFORMANCE & SAFETY which can only be facilitated by proper training, adequate rest, and proper nutrition. Our methods have been proven and have helped produce numerous college and future college athletes as well as helped some other adolescants find a positive hobby in a positive environment.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING

MORNINGS: Mon/ Wed/ Fri 9am-noon Saturday 9am-11am
EVENINGS: Monday-Thursday: 5-8ish pm
ABSOLUTELY NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 ALLOWED IN FACILITIES OUTSIDE OF ATTENDED HOURS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
ABSOLUTELY NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13 WILL BE ALLOWED IN GYM AREA UNLESS WITH A PERSONAL TRAINER OR DESIGNATED CLASS.
